This confidential service is for the executive with authority and power but who otherwise stands in a lonely place. It may be difficult for the executive to talk openly about dreams, visions, doubts and fears without the assistance of an experienced and neutral mentor.

It is not the role of the executive coach and mentor to make decisions for the executive or even to give an opinion. Neither will the coach dwell upon the past. Rather, he will assess the present and assist you to adjust the decisions you make to achieve, and even surpass, the results you desire. Think of it as an aid to brain change or the way you think.

Only a very few people at any one time will have the opportunity to take advantage of this training following a first consultation. A happier and more efficient executive will lead to
